Our exquisite organic halal shoulder of lamb is fattier than leg, but as a result a lot juicier and bursting with flavour. You can try pot roasting it slowly or dicing and using in casseroles or curries.

All our lamb is butchered by a master at the height of his trade. Once prepared we seal the meat in vacuum bags to keep in the freshness and then deliver it to you in a scientifically developed thermal box to guarantee it reaches you nice and cool.
