1. Whole Lamb Hamper
Pristine whole organic lamb. Two legs, two shoulders and chops. The 4 joints are butchered according to your requirements (halved, steaked, diced)

Superb side of halal lamb includes 1 side of chops (approx. 10), 1 shoulder, 1 leg (joints can be halved, steaked, diced).

Lean, tender and bursting with flavour. Weighs between 1.5 - 2.5 kg depending on season.

Slightly more fatty and a touch more firm than the leg but bursting with flavour. Weighs between 1.5 - 2.5 kg depending on season.
