All our lamb is butchered by a master at the height of his trade. Once prepared we seal the meat in vacuum bags to keep in the freshness and then deliver it to you in a scientifically developed thermal box to guarantee it reaches you nice and cool.
Depending on the size of your lamb a leg usually weighs around 1.5 - 2.5 kg.
