All our lamb is butchered by a master at the height of his trade meaning your cuts of meat will look pristine. Once prepared we seal the meat in vacuum bags to keep in the freshness and then deliver it to you in a scientifically developed thermal box to guarantee it reaches you nice and cool.
A pack of chops is just above or under 500 grams.
