In partnership with the South Devon Chilli Farm we offer a number of excellent, and locally produced, chilli sauces. These are amazing sauces - if you like your chillies you will love these!
Caribbean-style sauce
This is a Caribbean-style sauce with all the wonderful flavour of the Habanero chilli. This sauce can be added generously as a condiment or added to spicy dishes. Ingredients: Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Fresh Habanero chillies, dried red chillies. Price > £3
Jalapeno chilli
The Jalapeno chilli sauce has the distinctive lemon-flavour of Jalapenos in abundance. Jalapeno sauce can be used with most savoury food, but it is particularly good on pasta, rice dishes, pizza, nachos and cheese-on-toast! gredients: Fresh Jalapeno chillies (50%), cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt. Sweet chilli sauce
This is our sweet chilli sauce - mild to medium hot Try it as a dip or added to a stir-fry, rice dishes or a warm salad. Ingredients: Cider vinegar, organic sugar, garlic, dried red chillies, fresh chillies. Price £3
Olive Oil
The Olive Oil is top-notch stuff; made using Corbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can read about Corbones oil on www.corbones.com. The bottles are fitted with a 'dripper' top so that it can be sprinkled onto salads, pizza, etc. and has dried 'Piri Piri' chillies floating in it to keep the heat going if you refill it.
