All our beef are sourced from local Organic farmers and from traditional british breeds. We hang for between 21 and 28 days for a fuller richer flavour
All steaks are on a first come first served basis, we shall let you know if your product request is available and if not when you can expect to receive it.

Topside/Silverside
1. Brisket Boned and Rolled
Brisket is a boneless cut from the breast section and is suitable for long slow cooking or salting. This is boned (i.e. boneless) and rolled. Average pack of 1Kg.

Topside/silverside is a boneless cut from the top of the hind leg. This is boned (i.e. boneless) and rolled.
This is the clasic British cut for a Sunday Roast, great for the family to sit aroud a table on any day. We are offering 1-3kg cuts, 1kg is good for 1-3 people, 3kgs should be good for up to 6 people.
These are really tender cuts so no need to roast for too long, if you dont't like your meat pink inside an old butchers trick was to insert metal skewers through the larger joints before cooking to make sure the whole roast cooked evenly throughout

3. Topside/Silverside marinated in ANP Special Spice
As above but marinated in our special ANP spice to add an Asian touch to a clasic British roast.
Spice mix includes Salt, Chilli, Peper, Cumin, Corriander, Oregano and Paprika and other secret ingredients

8. Beef Minute Steak
A minute steak is boneless beef, very thin, and is usually scored and pounded to tenderize it. A prime cut which is suitable for grilling, frying, stir-fries and barbecuing. Pack of 2, ave 300g

9. Rump Steak
Although a prime cut it's not quite as tender. Considered by many to have a far superior flavour than sirloin or fillet. Suitable for quick cooking e.g. frying, stir-fries, grilling or barbecuing. 500g av pack size, pack of 2.
