Why goat meat?

What does goat meat taste like?

If you have never tried goat meat you may be wary. However if you like lamb or beef you will like goat. It does not taste 'goaty' and it also does not have any great smell or taste one would assume from their experience with goat’s cheese. All round it is a lovely meat.

How do I cook goat meat?

You can cook goat meat as you would lamb or beef, i.e in stews, curries, kebabs, burgers, etc. Treat it as you would any other red meat. For some ideas visit > goat meat recipes.
